This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by World Travel Holdings UK Ltd during the financial year ending [31 December 2025] to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.
Our Business
World Travel Holdings UK Ltd is a UK-based travel business specialising in cruise and holiday travel. Through our brands, including Cruise118, SixStarCruises.co.uk and RiverVoyages.com, we provide travel advice, booking services and customer support for holidaymakers across the United Kingdom.
Our operations are primarily home-based and employ a combination of permanent employees and independent contractors where appropriate.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes:
- Cruise operators and travel suppliers
- Technology and software service providers
- Marketing and advertising partners
- Professional services firms
- Recruitment agencies and employment service providers
- Office and facilities suppliers
While we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct business operations to be relatively low, we recognise that risks may exist within wider global supply chains and remain committed to addressing these risks responsibly.

We support fundamental human rights and have practices designed to promote ethical business conduct. We expect our suppliers, subcontractors and consultants to respect and adhere to our values.
Reporting Concerns
Any employee, contractor, supplier or stakeholder who believes that unethical labour practices or modern slavery may be occurring in connection with our business is encouraged to report their concerns promptly. All concerns will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.
